• Filetype: returns only results with the given filetype - especially useful when searching for PowerPoints filetype:ppt or filetype:pptx and SMART Notebook Files  filetype:notebook
• Site: returns only results within the given site - especially useful when searching for content within a site or by a domain like .edu or .ir (Iran)
• Cache: returns Google's copy of the site 
• Related: returns sites that are similar to the one you typed in
